Owner & Director
Glynis is the owner and director of both Scallywags pre-schools, which she started back in 1988. She is also the Manager and 'Designated Safeguarding Lead' at Scallywags 2. Glynis has NVQ Level 4 Diploma as a Childrens Practitioner and SENCO.
Sharon Hiscoke
Deputy Manager
Sharon is the deputy manager of Scallywags 1 and has been with us for 20+ years. She has NVQ Level 3 and is also a DSL.
Lorna Bloomfield
Early Years Practitioner
Lorna is a 'key person' at Scallywags 2 and has been with us since 2022, she is qualified to CACHE Level 3

Jo is a 'key person' at Scallywags 1 and has been with us since 2019, she is qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education.
